- Performs work as specified on the Inspection and/or Repair Order accurately and efficiently
- Communicates technical diagnosis and necessary repairs to non-mechanical individuals, such as the Store Manager and customers
- Advises on essential services to maintain the vehicle's condition; records recommendations in customer files
- Adheres to safety protocols and notifies superiors of any concerns
- Keeps up with ASE certifications and renews expiring certifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Preferably one unexpired ASE certification or equivalent experience
- Must have or acquire a valid driver's license within 30 days of employment
- Ability to work five days a week, Monday to Friday
