    Job Title

    Private Duty Nurse LVN Nights

    About the Role

    We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LVN to provide high-quality care for our clients in the Amarillo area.

    Schedule and Location

    The successful candidate will work Monday to Sunday, 8pm to 8am, with flexibility to work varied shifts as needed.

    Responsibilities

    • Implement physician-prescribed plans of care
    • Perform patient assessments and coordinate care
    • Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
    • Provide health education and training to family members
    • Accept and write verbal orders from physicians, with Case Manager co-signature required
    • FOLLOW up with physicians, clients, family members, staff, and Case Manager on client concerns and changes in condition

    Requirements

    • Active, unencumbered LPN license in the state of practice
    • CPR certification from American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or BLS
    • TB skin test within the last 12 months
    • 6 months prior hands-on nursing experience (preferred but not required)
    • Reliable transportation
