    We are a fresh company. Our team collectively has many years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), but Growing Minds Behavioral Health was fully realized and formed just a couple short years ago. As such, we are learning and growing and looking to add people to our team who are visionaries and truly want to be part of something special, because that is what we are creating.

    Have a voice where you work. We believe that our RBTs are truly valuable members of our team and we take your opinions and feedback seriously. We mean it too. We have our employees complete anonymous surveys because let's be real - it can be hard to give your supervisor feedback face-to-face. We do our best to implement changes where we can based upon the feedback we receive.

    Do you want to work somewhere where you can grow? We have a low turnover rate and many of our team members have been with us from the start. As we grow, we are creating innovative ways to increase opportunities for growth from within. Our team loves it here.

    Know your coworkers. Have you worked at other companies and found that you never meet other employees outside of your boss in real life? We've all been there, and that sucks. We hold monthly in-person team meetings and regularly scheduled events so that we can build community within the organization.

    Provide play-based therapy. Many companies say they provide play-based therapy, but do you see it in action? Let's have fun while we work. The kiddos love when their technicians arrive because we pair really well with them by engaging them in activities based off of their own motivation.

    Our mission is to promote the growth and development of the whole family as it pertains to the clients we are called to serve. We aim to provide the highest quality services to our clients with measured and observable growth. Through empowering parents with knowledge of managing behaviors and increasing skills, our focus is to increase social awareness, independence, communication, and play, all while having fun.

    We aim to help our clients unleash their full potential, whether that be learning to ride a bike or learning to brush their teeth. Where we see a need, our goal is to help our clients achieve theirs. We are a no judgment zone. We will laugh with you. We will cry with you. We believe in having fun. Children learn best when they are having a good time. We believe in consistency. We believe that in order to change others' behavior, we must first change our own. Where goodness is put in, goodness will come out. Our vision is to bring the humanity back to ABA.
