The Role:
· Accurately collects drink order, presents order to Bartender, adds appropriate garnish, places on tray, and serves to patrons with napkins and receipt.
· Accurately computes bill and accepts payment.
· Assists Bartender or Barback functions when necessary.
· Requests identification from customers when legal age is questioned.
· Is well versed in all applicable policies, procedures, rules and laws for the State of Indiana and the Beverage Department.
· Follows policies relating to financial transactions.
· Knowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming and ATC (state) regulations.
· Must be able to stand and walk for prolong periods of time (7+ hours).
· Must be able to use stairwells or service elevator to go from floor to floor.
· Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.; and be able to push, pull, grasp, reach, stoop, bend, twist and climb up and downstairs.
· May assist with casino restaurant with food prep, food handling, stocking, host, server, and cashier duties as needed.
· Must be able to understand and communicate in English.
· Always follow the Company Service Standards model.
· Must be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and weekends.
Other duties may be assigned at any time.
