Job Description Largest Pediatric Hospitalist group in UMMS consisting of 19 providers 12 hour shifts (7a-7p/7p-7a)

Always 2 pediatricians on at all times No call schedule EPIC as EMR Responsibilities include servicing Pediatric emergency room Level 2A special care nursery Well baby nursery 10 bed pediatric unit Attend deliveries Opportunity to teach rotating third year pediatric residents, family medicine residents, and medical students As an UMMS provider, you can expect:

Qualifications:
Qualifications Possesses and maintains current license to practice medicine in the State of Maryland required. Possesses and maintains current Board Certification within practicing specialty required. Possesses and maintains current DEA or similar Narcotics and Controlled Substances Certification required. Possesses and maintains, if applicable, appropriate clinical privileges at a minimum of one UMMS affiliated acute care facility. Demonstrates meeting minimum CME requirements for licensure and board certification. Demonstrates appropriate qualifications and experience to perform the duties required of this position.
