    GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Reviews initial loan application packages from Sales to determine eligibility and additional required documentation.
    • Ability to structure package to fit within minimum requirements of products available.
    • Knowledge of Business and Personal Tax Returns, Interim Financials, Bank Statements etc.
    • Decision file (decline, suspend, or submit for approval)
    • Runs all background checks for business and merchant.
    • Review 3rd party reports (Credit report, Business Experian, CAIVRS etc.)
    • Sets-up call and discusses file with client (initial interview)
    • Review completed file for underwriting. Ensures all information is received prior to underwriting.
    • Underwrites the transaction and Prepares package for third party approval.

    PROFICIENCIES

    • Ability to structure and analyze complex commercial credit transactions.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Sophisticated word processing and computer database skills, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel.
    • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement analysis, and banking operations and regulations.
    • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals and groups at all organizational levels, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong analytical ability with active listening skills.
    • Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines, including extended work hours.
    • Exhibit a professional, business-like appearance and demeanor.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience and in-depth understanding of Commercial C&I and real estate financing, and closing, procedures.
    • Minimum B.A. in a related field of study (Finance, Accounting, Business Administration).
    • Ability to manage and underwrite complex transactions with limited guidance
    • Experience managing team members
    • Strong knowledge of financial services.
    • Outstanding communication and relationship management skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Advanced computer proficiency.
    • Ability to travel, work flexible schedules, and cover different locations if requested.
    • Bilingual English-Spanish preferable
    • Attain customer's satisfaction.

    SALARY
    $103,900 - $138,900/Annually, depending upon experience and location
