Judicial Foreclosure Attorney (Remote - New Mexico License Required)
A multi-state law firm is seeking a Judicial Foreclosure Attorney licensed in New Mexico. This role offers the ability to work fully remote while joining a team that values technology, efficiency, and best-in-class legal representation for financial institutions, investors, and commercial clients.

Position Overview
The Associate Attorney will manage cases with an emphasis on residential real estate litigation, mortgage, and transactional matters, protecting client interests in litigation and general collection cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage cases from inception to completion
- Analyze cases and advise clients on strategies
- Draft court pleadings and respond to motions
- Attend court hearings (telephonic and in-person)
- Handle other duties and special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in the state of New Mexico
- At least 1 year of legal experience, preferably in litigation, real estate, or mortgage law
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interpret and work within client systems
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and online research
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high-volume caseload
