The Process Sanitation Machine Operator is responsible for cleaning sanitizing all equipment parts thoroughly for the next production shift.Responsibilities
- Clean sanitize molder machine pressing room de-lidding machine acidification room
- Clean sanitize floors walls belts pulleys tables chairs stools bowls pans demolding machine tumblers table conveyors floors in brining room wash machine tools hoses throughout production area drains wax conveyor air lock rooms foot foamers concentrations assist melting wax change out lids cups collect dispose trash sweep mop make mop water operate floor scrubber wash cubbies benches walls maintain basic production documentation perform general equipment quality checks assist other areas around plant follow good manufacturing practices safety rules procedures food safety environmental protocols sanitation procedures work instructions miscellaneous duties collect Tomes from Zone A follow recipe making Tomes operating variety equipment fines saver mixer press metal detector vacuum sealer empty fine saver work closely Molder Machine Operator ensure constant flow clean molds lids molding machine Brining-Demolding-Tumbler Operator ensure constant flow quality product Wash Machine Operator ensure constant flow lids washing machine Molder Machine Operator ensure constant flow quality product pressing benches run monitor washing machine during production adjustments needed pull samples washing solution correct chemical concentrations used move racks hydraulic motorized hand pallet jack label racks pull declass cheese Brine River monitor machine during production adjustments needed check temperature humidity levels press acidification room pull samples quality testing monitor demolding brine tumbler equipment during production adjustments needed monitor brining filters suction cups hourly maintain detailed documentation validation multiple records day verify correct weights pallets label delivery weigh label totes shipment maintain clean working area during production assist cleanup sanitizing other areas production as needed sanitize all equipment between uses
