    We are seeking a diligent and organized individual to join our team as a Public Area Housekeeper. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of public areas, ensuring that they remain inviting and comfortable for our guests.


    The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and possess strong communication skills. They should also be physically fit, able to lift up to 55 pounds without assistance and push/pull equipment over uneven surfaces.


    Responsibilities:


    • Clean public restrooms, showers, glass surfaces, floors using designated chemicals supplies equipment

    • Dust assigned area furniture inspect condition report damages maintain lights post caution signs contact other departments directly urgent repairs respond promptly requests guests other departments identify report preventative maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms follow company safety security policies procedures complete safety training certifications properly store flammable materials ensure uniform appearance clean professional welcome acknowledge guests company standards anticipate address service needs assist individuals disabilities thank genuine appreciation speak clear professional language support team reach common goals adhere quality expectations standards move objects weighing less than or equal to 55 pounds without assistance excess 55 pounds with assistance ability push pull work-related machinery sloping uneven surfaces visually inspect tools equipment machines identify defects grasp turn manipulate objects varying size weight fine motor skills hand-eye coordination move narrow confined elevated spaces stand sit kneel walk extended period entire work shift perform reasonable job duties requested Supervisors preferred qualifications education related work experience supervisory experience license certification none
