    Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

    Job Summary

    The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales efforts in a designated territory, focusing on municipal wastewater equipment sales. This role requires a strong understanding of the company's product offerings and a proven track record of success in sales leadership.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth in the assigned territory.
    • Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet or exceed their sales targets.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in the territory.
    • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity, and communicate insights to senior management.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience in the municipal wastewater equipment industry.
    • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
    • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, as required.
