    A successful and rapidly growing healthcare company located in Bayside is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator.

    Essential Duties:

    • Stay abreast of employment laws, develop policies, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
    • Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to legal standards
    • Run monthly exclusion lists
    • Oversee employee relations, manage complaints, and conduct investigations to ensure legal and appropriate resolutions
    • Collaborate on recruitment processes, assisting in talent acquisition, interviews, and onboarding
    • Administer benefit programs, encourage participation, and ensure accurate record-keeping
    • Communicate with managers to ensure adherence to proper practices
    • Assist the Director of Human Resources in other HR-related tasks as needed

    Schedule:

    • 8 hour shift
    • Monday to Friday

    Pay: $50, $55,000.00 per year

    Work Location: In person
