Board Certified Behavior Analyst(BCBA) - Santa Rosa, CA

Type: Full-Time

Shift: Days

Summary:

Working with children is our passion and we are looking for a BCBA to become a part of our amazing team. Our team is committed to helping individuals and their families become self-sufficient and live as independently as their abilities allow. We truly invest our hearts into our clients and are committed to meeting the unique needs of our clients and employees.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments.
Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
Train and oversee registered behavior technicians in homes and community settings.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Behavioral Science
A Board-Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
Minimum 2 years of experience
A passion for working with kids and their families and for educating new professionals in our field.
