- Current MI State Registered Nurse License, TB test, CPR
- Must have at least 1 year supervisory experience in Home Health
- Clear Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen
- Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, organized with good time management skills
- Reliable transportation, MI Driver's License & Auto Insurance
- Experience with Wounds, Assessments, and other Nursing Skills as required
