Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Industrial Sales Engineer, based in Auburn Hills, MI.
The Sales Engineer will work closely with clients to identify their automation and fluid power needs, provide customized product solutions, and support business development initiatives.
Responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, managing sales activities, offering excellent customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with client specifications.
QualificationsProficiency in Sales to engage clients, identify opportunities, and meet revenue goals.
Strong Customer Service skills to maintain client satisfaction and address inquiries effectively.
Experience in Business Development to identify and pursue new market opportunities and grow the client base.
Knowledge in Automation to recommend solutions and provide expertise on relevant products and technologies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
Background in industrial engineering or related fields is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
