Position Details:

Role:
As the Nurse Manager, youll oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and collaborate with physicians to ensure exceptional patient outcomes

Leadership:
Inspire and guide your team to deliver high-quality care

Quality Improvement:
Drive initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction

Staff Development:
Foster professional growth and development among nurses

Collaboration:
Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care

Qualifications:

RN License:
Active Texas RN license

Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in progressive care/cardiac nursing

Leadership:
Previous management experience preferred

Certification:
BLS and ACLS certifications
