We are looking for *Part-Time Registered Dietitian or Dietetic Technician* for On-Site Work in Wilmington, NC
*BS in Nutrition

• Part time
• Flexible schedule (no weekends)
• Acting nutrition expert for the facility via in house & 35% of the time remotely as needed
• Lead and direct nutritional care of residents.
• Provide MNT to high-risk residents (malnutrition, weight loss, wounds, tube feeding & dialysis).
• Collaborate with Food Service Director, Physician and Rehab Staff
• Document via electronic medical records (EMRs)
• Employ nutrition focused physical assessments as appropriate

*Deliver medical nutrition therapy under RD guidance.

• Collaborate with RDs, Rehab specialists, OTs, STs, PTs, Physicians, and Food Service Directors.
• Educate nursing, rehab, and food service teams.
• Conduct clinical and food service audits.
