    This is a hybrid role to be based in our San Francisco office.

    Our Recruiting team is at the heart of who we are and what we're building as a company. As a Recruiting Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and growing the Recruiting team globally, partnering with the Instabase Leadership team as we seek to grow the Company to achieve our ambitious vision and mission.

    What you'll do

    • Own Recruiting globally and across all organizational pillars, including EPD, GTM and G&A
    • Scale the Recruiting team to support the company vision, mission, product and business
    • Lead the Recruiting team, cultivating a culture of high performance, collaboration, learning and growth
    • Partner with company Leadership to deliver on high-level headcount targets and key hiring priorities
    • Drive talent strategy and execution to bring world class talent to the company
    • Execute searches with a sense of urgency, leading by example, carrying reqs as a player-coach
    About you
    • 2+ years recruiting leadership experience, managing teams of 5+ recruiters across multiple business verticals
    • 7+ years full-cycle recruiting experience at a high-growth software company
    • Adept at recruiting for recruiting (R4R) with the ability to build a world class Recruiting team
    • Strong, empathetic team leader with proven experience leading high-performance teams and cultivating individual team member growth
    • Proactive and collaborative partner to company leadership with experience working across multiple stakeholders and business verticals
    • Comfortable working from strategy through execution
    • A Sourcer at heart who is willing to dive in and do the IC work, leading by example and carrying reqs as a player-coach
    The on target earnings (OTE) for this role is $195,000 to $220,000 + equity and US benefits. The actual pay may vary based on factors such as location, experience and skills.
