    Job Description: Director of Dual Enrollment and Admissions Project Manager
    Department: Admissions
    Reports to: Director of Admissions
    Job Summary
    Under the general supervision of the Director of Admissions, the Director of Dual Enrollment
    and Admissions Project Manager has responsibility for growing dual enrollment programming,
    recruitment, and maintaining compliance. In addition to the recruitment of dual enrollment
    partners and students, this position includes responsibility for assuming special projects assigned
    by the Director of Admissions. Special projects may include, but are not limited to, event
    planning, training, and managing monthly reports.
    Essential Job Functions
     Work in collaboration with high school and Coker administrators to strengthen dual
    enrollment partnerships, ensure their quality, and increase the number of students
    enrolled in Coker courses and programs.
     Contribute to generating tuition revenue through growth in dual enrollment.
     Provide comprehensive support for all dual enrollment activities, including
    articulation agreements, admissions, and retention.
     Participate in recruitment activities as needed.
     Assist in the annual development of articulation agreements and recruitment efforts
    between district public and private school systems, home-school parents, and the
    university.
     Administer and implement all operational aspects of the dual enrollment program.
     Initiate, communicate, and monitor qualifications of all Dual Enrollment High School
    Instructors.
     Coordinate all aspects of the Dual Enrollment process for students including
    admissions, registration, academic support, and student services.
     Develop yearly calendars to help establish and implement timelines and processes
    for all tasks related to dual enrollment recruitment, enrollment, retention, and
    reporting.
     Prepare and send communications to dual enrollment instructors and other
    collaborators each semester, outlining procedures, calendar of dates and deadlines,
    and procedures for checking course rosters and for entering grades.
     Provide required information for syllabi and review and collect the syllabi for each
    course.
     Develop and implement appropriate eligibility and placement procedures to ensure
    that potential dual enrollment students are prepared for college-level courses.
     Ensure dual enrollment students receive appropriate academic and student support
    services (tutoring, library instruction, etc)

     Provide all dual enrollment students with important university documents (catalog,
    student handbook, etc.) and their rights and responsibilities as a college student.
     Annually visit dual enrollment locations to ensure facilities are adequate
     Ensure the College complies with all state, federal, and SACSCOC policies and
    requirements pertaining to dual enrollment operations.
     Distribute all required University reports, handbooks, etc. to dual enrollment
    students.
     Create, maintain, and improve dual enrollment webpages, brochures, and other
    marketing and recruitment materials through collaboration with the Marketing
    department.
     Provide clear and consistent communications, letters, brochures, and other
    marketing materials to promote dual enrollment programs.
     Assist with the development and implementation of an orientation program,
    handbook, and other resources for high school and faculty teaching dual enrollment
    courses.
     Establish and maintain a database of dual enrollment participants who enroll in
    college after high school graduation for the purpose of reporting on enrollment,
    retention, and completion.
     Coordinate the administration of student ratings of instruction and collection of
    assessment data for program learning outcomes.
     Serve as a liaison between dual enrollment students and various campus offices.
     Provide follow-up reports each semester on dual enrollment students to each
    district as needed.
     Conduct research and analysis and provide findings and recommendations. Develop
    solutions to processes pertaining to Dual Enrollment.
     Collaborate with other institutions to explore and become more aware of best
    practices for dual enrollment.

    Minimum Education, Skills, and Abilities
    ● A minimum of 3 years in higher education or other relevant experience. Bachelor's
    degree required.
    ● Ability to deal effectively with a diverse student body.
    ● Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
    ● Ability to support and implement Coker's Standards of Service.
    ● Preferred experience in Salesforce and Ellucian/Colleague.
