Pay Range:
$70 - $73/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).


Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Degree in Technology subject area/Business with strong IT focus.
10+ years of Systems Analysis experience within the IT field, financial services, or related environment.
Proven ability to work with very highly functioning teams under pressure.
Ability to work with business or technology partners in defining problem statements and resolving issues.
Ability to gather requirements, document system integrations and flows, create stories and epics for squad deliverables.
Experience working in an environment with multiple applications and integrations.
Superb communication skills - verbal, written, and presentation.
Participate in the development and review of test plans by QA.

Passionate about your craft with an ability to collaborate effectively and interact with global development team - assist with clarifying customer requirements and quality check on products prior to customer release.

Facilitate regular meetings with global development team and customer/squad lead.
Ability to influence others with experience in conflict resolution.
Support project and release planning and testing.
Provide prompt and proactive status updates on assigned activities.
Knowledge of Scaled Agile, Agile development methodologies, and Agile deployment.

Adaptable and agile, can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines and make project adjustments to prioritize effectively and complete tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Is driven and persistent.
Proven track record of supporting effective organizational change
Proactive, with a strong desire to learn and become a contributor to a highly functioning team.
Self-motivated individual who can work independently with minimum supervision.
Individual who can identify concerns and problems, who suggests options and brings solutions.
Develop domain expertise for assigned components.
Write user stories which include concise and clear system requirements that will be used by developers to implement solutions.
SQL and database knowledge required.
Knowledge of Java, REST, JSON, XML, and KAFK plus.
Familiarity with Cloud Platforms (AWS) and SaaS platforms for Sanction Screening and Anti- Money Laundering, a plus.
You operate with a "can-do" attitude despite uncertainties and business flux.
You can assess audience needs and identify/coordinate team resources to solve a variety of problems.
Good interpersonal, teamwork and leadership skills (without direct authority of others).

Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to cultivate support, lead change and drive acceptance at all levels of the organization, up to and including the executive level.

Adaptable and agile, can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines and make project adjustments to effectively prioritize and complete tasks in a high-pressure environment.

You will have strong systems analysis skills and a demonstrable ability to break down a sophisticated problem or opportunity and offer solutions.

You will bring a global mind-set and have a high comfort working and orchestrating in a distributed team and management set-up.

Work with agile team and planning leads to identify, define and agile tools deployment to ensure work aligns with strategic goals and roadmap.

Apply structured, disciplined, and data-oriented process to identify root cause and solve problems across tools.
Effectively communicate progress to senior team.

Participate in executive level presentations for internal or external use as applicable to communicate project and portfolio status and plans.
