- Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in highly traffic retail environment You will use digital tools communicate effectively educate customers showcase value of T-Mobile solutions.
- As Mobile Associate you will consistently leverage digital self serve tools during customer interactions onboarding process Identify customer needs solution-based selling techniques fully demonstrate value of T-Mobile products services Deepen relationships with customers ensure satisfaction Complete training on T-Mobile store experience new skills products processes knowledge systems reference resources Be Customer Ready all times Continuously learn improve skills provide best possible experience for our customers Partner nearby store locations properly onboard Customers Perform skills practicing knowledge sharing store operations opening closing procedures Carry keys kiosk cabinets lock secure kiosk assets report lost keys assets manager.
You work alongside peers leaders learning sharing best practices serving Customers Providing resolutions issues As part of your role perform price overrides specialty offers specific National Retail Build relationships nearby leadership teams help support customer experience account set up device support account servicing.
