- Offer trauma-informed treatment to individuals, couples, and families
- Conduct group therapy for adults in an outpatient SUD treatment setting
- Provide comprehensive counseling, case management, and crisis intervention
- Develop collaborative treatment plans and make necessary referrals
- Engage with family members, former providers, and referral sources
- Facilitate group therapy focusing on integrated care and maintain accurate documentation
- Manage urinalysis and clinical documentation conscientiously
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Stay up to date with NJ reporting and training obligations
- Graduate Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field
- Active Licensure in LCSW/LSW, LMFT/MFT-A, LPC/LAC in NJ
- Experience in substance abuse and/or co-occurring disorders treatment
- Prior work in an Outpatient setting preferred
- Graduation from a CACREP or NASW accredited program advantageous
- Current NJ LCADC/LADC desirable

Overview:
The Outpatient Clinician collaborates with a diverse team to deliver top-notch clinical care, focusing on providing a personalized recovery experience that integrates the mind, body, and spirit of each individual. Responsibilities include conducting individual and group therapy sessions, as well as family/couples therapy as needed. The Outpatient Clinician also coordinates care with external resources to better support our clients.
Your Responsibilities:
This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $80,000 annually. Final compensation considers various factors such as licensure, skills, education, experience, and performance.
Benefits:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
