    Job Title

    Registered Nurse

    Position Summary

    We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide preventative and emergency health services, as well as wellness education, to students. This role requires maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and adherence to all HIPAA laws.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure integrity guidelines and procedures are followed, with no manipulation of student data.
    • Assist in the supervision and management of the Wellness Department and staff.
    • Establish and maintain Memorandums of Understanding with local hospitals and wellness-related community resources.
    • Evaluate student health issues and concerns, making referrals as appropriate.
    • Maintain and revise current healthcare guidelines to ensure quality and effective wellness services to students.
    • Coordinate and oversee chronic condition case management programs.
    • Comply with local and federal guidelines for medication administration and medical record maintenance.
    • Ensure adequate inventory of medical equipment and supplies.

    Qualifications

    Management & Supervision

    This role may involve serving as Health & Wellness Director (if allowed under local state practice law). The successful candidate will assist in supervising and managing the Wellness Services Department and subcontracted wellness services, including mental health, dental, and medical services.
