    Braman Miami is actively looking to add a

    Parts Sales (Retail and Wholesale) Associate

    to our growing team

    Responsibilities Include but are not limited


    to :
    Assisting customers with their parts and accessories needs in a professional and timely manner.
    Answering phone calls with proper phone etiquette and assist to customer's request.
    Responding to email parts request for pricing and availability on a timely manner
    Notify customers on parts arrivals, shortages, or damage discrepancies.
    Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.

    Create a partner relationship with wholesale customers and contribute to the success of their business with a serviceable attitude and willingness mindset.

    Provide constant updates to wholesale customers about their orders and deliveries.
    Handling payment on parts and accessories sales while ensuring all parts are billed correctly.
    Pulling parts and accessories orders for retail and wholesale customers
    Re-stocking boutique accessories onto display floor as needed.
    Generating purchase orders for parts purchases from outside suppliers
    Assist in physical inventory count and cycle count.
    Keep work area and department area clean and organize.
    Ensure Parts Department security for all parts and sensitive document.

    Job Type :
    Full-time / Pay: From $45,000- $100,000

    Physical Requirements:
    Involves essential ability to move at a fast pace, walk, and stand for long periods of time. Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time, and lift things weighing up to 60 pounds.
