- Act as receptionist, answer phones, greet visitors, and provide information on school/district procedures.
- Sort and distribute mail, schedule appointments, handle student enrollments/withdrawals, and maintain departmental records.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and forms, organize filing systems, conduct basic research, and assist with federal, state, and district reports.
- Support attendance duties, update Infinite Campus data, compile and submit reports, balance monthly reports, and assist with various state reports.
- Provide translations, be a point of contact for parents/students, assist with attendance and discipline matters, and communicate policies to parents/students.

JOB TITLE: Clerical Assistant

Under general supervision, this role involves performing moderately challenging clerical tasks, few independent judgments needed, mainly following established office or school procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Experience: High school diploma and two years of clerical experience required. Knowledge of grammar, spelling, office practices, and familiarity with computers.
Skill at: Problem-solving, working independently, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining confidentiality.
