Part Time Customer Service Employee

Qualifications

• Customer service preferred but not required
• Cooking experience or the desire to learn to cook
• Hard-working team player with the desire to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand through duration of shift
• Be at least 16 years old

• Greet and engage with guests to provide a positive experience
• Understand food safety and help maintain a clean restaurant
• Communicate effectively with managers, fellow #wokstars, and customers
• Support customers with technology-kiosk & QR code table ordering
• Become familiar with building and cooking stir-fry meals while maintaining quality standards, cleanliness, and safety guidelines
• Understand our menu (including dietary restrictions), common ingredients, signature sauces, and ability to describe a flavor profile
