    Job Description:

    We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at GSS MN Brainerd Bethany. As an RN, you will be responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents. You will collaborate with residents and families, as well as other healthcare professionals, to plan, implement, and evaluate care.

    Responsibilities:

    • Care for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
    • Coordinate care, perform resident assessments, educate residents, and implement various nursing interventions.
    • Serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel.

    Requirements:

    • Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
    • Holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
