    Job Overview

    We are seeking dynamic and results-driven individuals to join our team as Insurance Customer Service Representatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Building strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
    • Educating clients on various insurance products and coverage options.
    • Servicing existing clients and assisting sales producers with various duties.
    • Quotes and binding coverage.
    • Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.

    Requirements:

    • Exceptional communication skills.
    • Goal-oriented individual.
    • Proactive problem solver.
    • Able to learn computer functions.
    • Team player.
    • Must be licensed before start date (pre-licensed and experienced applicants preferred).

    Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, plus bonus opportunities.
