    Patient Services Representative (PSR)

    The Patient Services Representative (PSR) works with patients and their families to address needs and concerns. They are the first point of contact for patients and their families. Offers excellent customer service both over the phone when scheduling appointments, as well as when patients and their families are in clinic.

    • Answer phones and schedule appointments using current Practice Management system

    A key responsibility is maintaining a working understanding of policies and procedures involving scheduling appointments or requirements to assist families in finding the best possible outcome for their concerns.
    • Troubleshoot issues with appointments or general account questions

    You will also be required to verify demographics using current Practice Management system.
