    Description

    Job Title: Senior GSE & Tooling Engineer

    Location: Merritt Island, FL

    Top Skills:

    • CAD - Creo or Solidworks
    • Ansys
    • Windchill

    Responsibilities:

    • Design and oversee tooling development to support production
    • Conduct analysis for tooling design
    • Create Statements of Work for external vendors
    • Lead individual tooling projects
    • Collaborate with various teams to develop GSE
    • Generate CAD models using PTC Creo
    • Review and approve manufacturing drawings
    • Develop design and performance specifications
    • Manage design partners through project lifecycle
    • Represent GSE in technical reviews
    • Supervise equipment fabrication and installation

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
    • 7+ years of experience in mechanical and electrical system design
    • Experience in GSE design for launch vehicles
    • Proven project management skills
    • Proficiency in CAD modeling with PTC Creo
    • Familiarity with Windchill for data configuration
