Job summary
The Building Activity Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring a safe welcoming and well-run YMCA environment during evening and weekend hours.Under the direction of the Membership Director this position provides on-site leadership and oversight of the YMCA facility and grounds supporting members staff and program participants.
- Monitor facility operations security during assigned shifts ensuring safety compliance with YMCA policies procedures
- Maintain a visible presence throughout building serving first point contact member guest concerns
