    Roles and Responsibilities:

    The role requires a detail-oriented, ecommerce-savvy individual that can drive innovative, web-based solutions by getting to the heart of business needs.

    It includes building relationships with different teams and supporting stakeholder relationships through your unique blend of technical system knowledge and client management abilities.

    Drive requirements elicitation by communicating with stakeholders, development teams, design teams and other, third party teams Prepare functional specifications, use cases, testing scenarios and processes throughout the project lifecycle Apply specific knowledge of ecommerce and content management systems in order to guide the design and implementation of features Produce training materials and perform knowledge transfer for target audiences through concise communications Leverage tracking tools in an Agile methodology to analyze the development lifecycle, conduct sprint planning and ensure timely delivery Maintain a working knowledge of SAP Commerce Cloud/Hybris, Adobe AEM, Endeca, Oracle Eloqua and Adobe Analytics in order to better define detailed business requirements and understand design limitations and tradeoffs Understanding of search functionality and platforms, notably Endeca Simultaneous management of multiple large digital projects Communication expertise in bridging gap of technical understanding for non-technical customers Risk management and mitigation Execution & direction of tasks for business analysis, requirements gathering and quality assurance Work closely to engage with client's pre-existing processes to coordinate the business and technology efforts from initial visioning through user testing and deployment.
