    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Operations expert to join our team.

    About the Role


    The successful candidate will provide operational support to our finance department, monitoring, managing and coordinating various activities and programs. They will be responsible for financial reconciliation, auditing, reporting and other tasks related to accounts payable, corporate credit cards and travel expenses.
    Key Responsibilities include:


    • Financial Reconciliation: Conduct monthly audits of all employee travel profiles ensuring accuracy
      and compliance with company policies.

    • Credit Card Management: Assist in preparing detailed reports on credit card activity,
      documenting transactions properly within systems such as Concur CTM (Corporate Travel Manager).

    • The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills including time management meeting strict deadlines.Bachelor's degree in business related field required at least two years related work experience is essential. Experience with NetSuite Excel proficiency preferred.Proficient user of computer systems especially MS Office software knowledge needed.Experience working international projects not necessary but beneficial effective communication & customer service oriented individuals only need apply">
