    Description

    APS - part of 4Front of Engineered Solutions - is looking for YOU to join our team at our facility in Mequon, WI. Our Order Processing Specialist performs a wide variety of duties to manage customer and distributor sales orders from order receipt through production and shipping, providing product and sales information, order status, availability, pricing, and delivery. This role also maintains sales records and delivers exceptional customer experience.

    • Communicate with customers to receive orders for products and labor
    • Review incoming orders to ensure completeness
    • Answer inquiries regarding pricing, availability, and order status
    • Collaborate with various departments to manage customer needs
    • Process freight claims and train distributors on e-Commerce program
    • Provide technical support and troubleshoot to distributors
    • Enter and process orders in the system and expedite when needed
    • Stay updated on new products and services

    What we are looking for

    • 2-4 years' experience in customer service
