    Job Summary

    Solicits input from project managers and stakeholders in developing business case documentation, features, and requirements.
    May be responsible for the management of medium to large-scale projects.

    Facilitates work sessions using targeted facilitation and advanced modeling techniques; guides business representatives and project teams in defining and describing requirements of the IT system, process, product, or service.

    Applies knowledge of application development/configuration, testing and development methodologies, various technologies, and system analysis.

    Converts project requirements and specifications into testable features and components, documents test defects and issues, resolves problems and communicates test results and status to key stakeholders and leadership.

    Well versed in end-to-end business processes, data interpretation and analyzing metrics.

    May lead, mentor, or coordinate less experienced analysts and IT staff, and participates in efforts to raise the level of practice for analysis/testing.

    Assignments are received in the form of results expected, within operating policies and procedures. Incumbent has the discretion to select from alternative approaches; decisions may involve changes to normal work processes.
    This is a senior professional-level position.


    Requirements:

    Requirements Gathering:

    Proficient in soliciting input from project managers and stakeholders to develop business case documentation, features, and requirements, with over 5 years of experience.


    Documentation Skills:
    Experienced in translating functional requirements into technical documentation and creating traceability matrices, with over 4 years of experience.

    Testing Expertise:

    Skilled in coordinating system integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), leading test plans, test cases, and test scenarios, with over 4 years of experience.


    Stakeholder Collaboration:

    Effective communicator and collaborator, able to work with project teams and stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure IT solutions meet business needs, with over 5 years of experience.


    Leadership and Mentoring:

    Capable of leading, mentoring, or coordinating less experienced analysts and IT staff, participating in efforts to raise the level of practice for analysis and testing, with over 3 years of experience.


    Analytical Skills:

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to identify key issues, recommend optimal solutions, and analyze metrics effectively, with over 5 years of experience.


    Project Management:

    Experienced in managing medium to large-scale projects, developing, and maintaining project plans, and delivering project results in accordance with organizational standards, with over 4 years of experience.


    Technology Proficiency:

    Broad understanding of analysis and IT industry, proficient in utilizing industry standard modeling techniques, project management tools, and continuous improvement principles, with over 5 years of experience.


    Test Execution:

    Competent in test execution and documentation, experienced with various execution methods and test types, with over 4 years of experience.
