- Functions:
- Participates in detailed planning activities for workstream and capacity planning, cross-team schedules, and multi-team status reports.
- Maintains proactive communication with stakeholders.
- Provides workstream and data analysis for status and statistical reports.
- Creates and manages documentation for the technology product portfolio.
- Offers analytical and data management assistance to the Technical Product Management team.
- Assists in the development, analysis, and status reporting of product management plans.
- Supports software licenses and vendor services agreements management.
- Ensures regular attendance and punctuality on-site or remotely.
- Performs assigned business tasks or functions.
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Required Technical Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge and experience in facilitating communication and cross-departmental interaction.
- Experience with formal technology life cycles, processes, and methodologies.
- Hands-on experience in working with and communicating to staff at all levels.

- Experience in strategic, tactical, and operational planning.
- Preferred Technical Skills:
- Exposure to Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Microsoft Team Foundation Server, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Teams, Zoom, and GoToMeeting.
- Proficient with Microsoft products like Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Health insurance knowledge is a plus.
- Non-technical Skills:
- Regular attendance and punctuality are crucial.
- Support for best practices to enhance development standards.
- Effective communication skills in English.
