JT4 LLC provides engineering technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force Space Force and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract J Tech II JT4 develops and maintains realistic integrated test training environments prepares our nation s war fighting aircraft weapons systems aircrews for today s missions tomorrow s global challenges JOB SUMMARY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS DUTIES Provides support to the engineering design staff by performing a variety of more complex or non routine assignments during installation maintenance repair troubleshooting calibration testing fabrication construction operation of diverse electronic mechanical equipment systems in accordance with engineering specifications Installs monitors services equipment systems at the company client sites Assists with test evaluation checkout certification tasks performs validations verifications of various electronic systems Reviews Engineering Change Proposals for equipment impacts Assists in accomplishing Engineering Change Instructions Develops technical engineering data for Planned Maintenance Systems technical manuals troubleshooting procedures drawing updates operation procedures maintainability improvements Supports systems engineering activities subject matter expertise Establishes maintains filing system databases logs as needed for tracking project status inventory Assists providing on site customer interface for equipment system installation testing fabrication other engineering tasks as needed Complies with documentation standards plans specification test procedures Provides technical data evaluation components equipments consistentwithengineeringplans layout contract requirements Serves senior technician assists training technicians Supports engineers development proposals comments proposed scope work Uses established policies procedures subject knowledge complete assignments moderate complexity vary nature sequence Performs related work required RANGE POSITION DESCRIPTION The ideal candidate will have knowledge Telemetry antennas associated subsystems Job duties include operations maintenance sustainment support telemetry tracking networks real time mission connectivity monitoring troubleshoot issues arising Experience RF spectrum analyzers oscilloscopes electronics communications test equipament Should possess working knowledge local wide area networks LAN WAN experience terminating fiber optic cabling Perform preventative maintenance all equipement accordance established procedure Local Work Cards operating tech manuals official documentation Create trouble tickets Maximo database track work performed as required Regular communication customers counterparts email phone virtual meetings Candidate must achieve certification Communications Tower Climbing Rescue elevated locations Applicant will possess obtain Top Secret security clearance within days hire ability maintain Top Secret clearance
