- Provide direct patient care in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR), including preoperative assessment, intraoperative care, and postoperative monitoring.
- Collaborate with the surgical team
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with patient positioning and preparation for surgery.
- Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans for CVOR patients.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Active RN license in California (or compact state) with at least two years of recent CVOR experience.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Strong knowledge of CVOR procedures, instrumentation, and equipment.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to adapt to new environments and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
