    Maintenance Manager

    We are looking to hire an experience Maintenance Manager for a growing manufacturing organization in the Fox Valley Area.  As a Maintenance Manager, you will be part of the operations supporting the maintenance and growth of a dynamic facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to maintenance management, which will align successfully in the organization.

    What's the Job?

    • Oversee and manage the staff and functions of a 6 person crew and help ensure smooth operations.
    • Create and implement a preventative maintenance program
    • Create and implement standard maintenance policies and procedures
    • Oversee the performance of diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment.
    • Create and implement maintenance procedures and processes to support continuous growth.
    • Manage a team of six maintenance crew members and oversee the operations of a warehouse.
    • Perform general maintenance on equipment and within facility.
    • Will work o hydraulics on tractors, forklifts, cranes, saws, machinery, welding machines, among the primary
    • Ensure safety regulations are followed and maintain clean, organized work areas.

    What's Needed?

    • High school diploma or GED required; technical training or relevant experience preferred.
    • Minimum of 4+ years of manufacturing experience with strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial skills.
    • Experience managing and leading teams as well as creating and implementing general maintenance policies and procedures
    • Experience with troubleshooting and repairing equipment, including forklifts, saws, pipe cutting, cranes, welding machines, and HVAC systems.
    • Ability to read and interpret manuals, work orders, and manage maintenance schedules.
    • Willingness to attend training for welding and other certifications as needed.
