Job summary

We are seeking a Senior Director of Enterprise Customer Success to lead our customer success organization in North America. As a key leader within the customer success team, you will align with executive stakeholders to evolve our customer success strategy and ensure customers achieve business value and ROI from their investment in PagerDuty.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives in enterprise accounts with strong consultative skills. They have experience building plays and associated playbooks using customer success technologies such as Gainsight to measure impact and effectiveness.

This role comes with an estimated salary range of $180k - $1.8M per year based on industry standards.
