We are seeking a dedicated Intensivist to join our Critical Care team in Mankato, MN. This role involves delivering comprehensive care in our state-of-the-art Intensive Care Unit.
The position includes working 12-hour shifts, with the number and scheduling of shifts tailored to balance both practice needs and physician preferences.
Our multi-disciplinary care model fosters an environment of academic advancement, offering opportunities in research, education, and academics. The practice is known for its excellence, having achieved significant recognition for quality metrics in critical care.Location:
Mankato, MN, 80 miles from Minneapolis, MN.A vibrant community known for its outdoor activities and safe environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide care in a local team setting, complemented by remote monitoring support from an operations center.
Engage in Enhanced Critical Care, a program designed to improve patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
Competence in critical care procedures.
Two years of Fellowship in Critical care medicine.
Prior critical care experience preferred but not mandatory.
Open to new graduates.
H1 visa candidates will be considered.
Clean professional history.
