    Travel Physical Therapist

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a qualified Travel Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitation services in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with patients who require physical therapy to regain mobility and independence.

    Estimated Salary:

    $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

    Job Description:

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team on a travel assignment basis. The selected candidate will work in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting, providing rehabilitation services to patients who require physical therapy to regain mobility and independence.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans for patients.
    • Conduct evaluations and assessments of patients' physical function and abilities.
    • Provide hands-on treatment, including exercises, modalities, and other interventions as needed.
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
    • Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of North Carolina.
    • CPR/BLS certification.
    • Ability to lift 50-100 pounds.

    Work Schedule:

    This is a 13-week contract position, working Monday through Friday with alternating weekends off.
