    We are looking to add a dynamic Key Account Support Specialist to our growing Sales Operations team at our Austin headquarters. This role will partner with Account Executives to build and support some of our largest, key customers.     In This Role
    • Partner with National Account Executives to achieve maximum results from major customer relationships
    • Determine customer service requirements by maintaining consistent contact with major customers and National Account Executives; analyzing information and providing solutions
    • Maintain and improve customer-service quality; by resolving problems, identifying customer service trends, determining system improvements, implementing change
    • Provide World Class Customer Service
    • Coordinate customer needs by communicating with all departments within the company to achieve results
    • Coordinate new product implementation; presentations, training materials, and product information
    • Maintain and nurture strategic partnerships
    • Uphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team
    • Other duties as assigned by Management

    The Ideal Person
    • 3+ years of experience in a customer facing or customer support role
    • Bachelor's Degree Required
    • Salesforce experience highly preferred
    • Advanced experience in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (vlookup and pivot table experience strongly preferred)
    • Excellent organizational skills and a self-starter
    • Ability to multitask effectively and efficiently and stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment
    • Exhibit a friendly and helpful manner and be able to work well with others in a team environment
    • Ability to make decisions and work independently
    • Ability to work in an international environment within multiple geographic boundaries, team members and customers
    • Active and engaged listener, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with various audiences
    • Ability to complete complex tasks in a timely manner
    • Demonstrate intellectual curiosity
