- You are a motivational and effective communicator. Qualifications
- Experience with development analysis and monitoring including risk assessment and reporting on large real estate portfolios comprised of active development projects and stabilized assets.
- Experience in real estate development including project management, site analysis, contracting, architecture, and construction.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with acquisition due diligence and construction/development.
- Contract management and oversight experience, from concept through completion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Propensity to think creatively and strategically.
- Able to work independently with a team player attitude.
- Strong computer skills.
- Willing to travel.
- You have a track record of being reliable, efficient, and driven, resulting in the highest client satisfaction.
