Job summary
We are seeking a Scheduler to join our team at Wellstar. The Scheduler will be responsible for scheduling appointments via phone or from faxes sent from referring physicians as well as patients calling and requesting appointments.Key Responsibilities:
- compliance with Patient/Family-Centered Care standards
- provides information sharing ensuring patients and families receive timely complete and accurate information in order to effectively participate in care and decision-making
- encourages patient and family participation in care and decision-making
