- Minimum 1 year of management experience
- Valid Driver's License
- At least 2 years of experience in the Security or Loss Prevention field
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative management approach
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (mandatory)
- Valid Driver's License
- D and G Security license is a plus
- Flexible schedule Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with clients
- Familiarity with various security officer roles
- Develop and lead a team of security officers
- Understanding and application of sitespecific protocols
- Completion of assigned tasks, including compliance and overtime management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrate leadership and vision in managing staff and projects
- Commitment to high ethical standards and fostering workplace diversity
- Effective delegation of responsibilities
