- Prepare or assist in preparation of food set up food on serving lines/steam tables prepare and serve beverages store or dispose excess food properly act as cashier during lunch period wash sanitize and store dishes operate clean kitchen equipment store supplies in accordance with instructions and perform such other duties as assigned by appropriate supervisor.
