Job summary
The Wellness Center Coordinator fosters health and wellness at the corporate office by managing the day-to-day operations of the on-site fitness center ensuring a welcoming environment for team members creating and managing group fitness classes providing basic orientation and guidance to users partnering with the catering team to develop unique nutrition programs in support of broader health and wellness strategies.- Oversee daily operations of the corporate fitness center including cleanliness equipment functionality and safety.
- Greet and assist team members using the fitness center answer questions provide basic fitness guidance conduct orientations including equipment walkthroughs safety usage instructions support scheduling coordination communication of group fitness classes wellness-related events direct team members to Marquee for health coaching encourage PHA's coordinate programs like massage physical therapy establish track KPI's measure program success usage develop communicate execute nutrition education programming partnership catering team ensure compliance health safety standards report maintenance needs coordinate vendors equipment servicing live company values find better way champion continuous improvement quality control efforts continuously learn professionally support corporate efforts safety government compliance company policies procedures perform other related duties assigned.
