    Jr. Process Engineer

    The Jr. Process engineer is expected to develop technical understanding and mastery of critical process points, raw materials and their functions, interactions between formula components and maturation, maceration, mixing processes. It will also be responsible for capturing, analysing and interpreting data from the production areas (Non-Conformances, performance results such as OEE, shutdowns);

    In addition, it's also a responsibility of this role dealing with the analysis of process failures, quality, costs, flows through continuous improvement tools, so strong data, excel and visualization are needed.

    Your key responsibilities

    • Be the point of contact with the site's continuous improvement area for your area.
    • Owner of the process control system.
    • Participate in daily operational meetings, bringing data and dealings to eliminate losses, mainly in FEFO and quality (non-conformities).
    • Develop plans to eliminate losses and eliminate capacity/productivity gaps based on the site's continuous improvement plan.
    • Compilation and interpretation of data from your areas to prioritize loss elimination opportunities, including the creation of the current state as well as the future state loss trees, using Loss Tree tools, Loss Allocation.
    • Support the implementation of new products and projects.

    • Degree in Engineering preferably: Chemistry, Mechanics, Production, Food, Electrical, Control and Automation.
    • SAP Knowledge
    • Data, Excel, Visualization, CI Background
    • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt
    • TPM Knowledge
