- Oversee and update the status of production orders and associated materials.
- Work closely with production leaders, materials group, and purchasing to track work progress and establish completion dates.
- Expedite orders and associated materials as needed.
- Manage shipping schedules for production, inspection, and delivery.
- Keep up-to-date online records of customer orders.
- Document customer order reschedules.
- Develop spreadsheets, letters, forms, and other documents.
- Undertake special assignments and projects as required.
- 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with all levels of employees.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Team player mentality.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical data.
- Ability to interpret various forms of documentation, including assembly drawings, schematic drawings, wiring diagrams, job orders, etc.
- Understanding of electrical drawings and schematics and their application to electrical assembly details.
