organizations

About the Role
The primary function of this role is to assist clients with the resolution of technology related issues. These
issues range from a variety of technical areas such as networking, VoIP, and even CCTV. Team members
with this role are required to thoroughly document customer interactions for historical reference in the
corresponding ticketing software.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance with hardware and software
• Resolve issues for clients via phone and email
• Recommend hardware and software improvements
• Track customer issues and resolutions

Location & Commitments

• Full-Time Onsite (Palm Beach Gardens Location
• Full-Time hours)
• Schedule Created Monthly (Includes Weekends)
• Salary Range 42k-50k

Requirements

• Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Positive and professional demeanor
